Specific products, datasets, models, APIs, code repositories, or research artifacts developed by Medharvix may be governed by separate licence agreements, access terms, data use agreements, or project-specific contracts. Users must refer to the applicable licence or agreement before use.

Sensitive datasets used in the context of such projects must remain confidential at all times. Unauthorised access, retention, or disclosure of such data constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
Where applicable, separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), project contracts, data security instructions, or project-specific legal agreements may be required. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement shall prevail.
